announced that
the WinMPM™
operating system
on its pipe cutting
machines now
seamlessly converts 3-D coordinates into finished
tubular structures
in new industry-standard XML format. The system is compatible with 3-D structural, isometric, and
pressure vessel modeling packages from
such CAD suppliers as Tekla Structures®,
Design Data®, AceCAD®, and ProSteel®.
The Windows®-based operating system, which features vector-based conversion, directly processes exported data files
or translates them into the manufacturer’s
proprietary internal file format.

3.94 in. in diameter and flat bars up to
11.81 by 1.18 in. It also can be used to
straighten sections of various materials
up to 11.81 in.
The machine has the options of
mechanical control, NC with touchscreen control, or CNC with automatic
angle measuring. A rapid tool-change
system allows cost-effective working of
single items as well as production runs.
