existing model LT2400.
New features include automatic
changeover for tube size, higher speed and
acceleration in all axes, fast twist and bow
compensation, and enhanced control and
programming features. A magazine feed
comes standard for short to medium runs.
An optional bundle feed is available for

WELD HEADS
AMI offers model 21
weld heads for fusion
welding. Used with the
company’s model 207
power supply, the weld
heads provide high clamping and alignment performance, the manufacturer states.
Automated clamping combined with
tube centering and alignment verification
help lower setup time and increase productivity. Foot pedal operation reduces
cycle times.
The compact heads are suitable for
restricted-clearance applications. They
are available in two models: M21-500
(0.125 to 0.5 in. OD) and M21-1000
(0.25 to 1 in. OD).
