The Watts Specialties QC- 81 pipe cutting machine can handle 1.5- to 8-in. pipe. The machine bevels in either direction at 90

degrees, 30 degrees off 90 degrees, and 37. 5 degrees off 90 degrees.

The machine includes a 20-ft.-long bed, transfer roller pipe support, and a smoke-spark enclosure with an 8-in. duct to attach to a customer-supplied exhaust source. The torch is rotated to the proper angle pneumatically using a control box. A laser line focused on the pipe allows the operator to line up the torch with the cut mark. The torch can be focused to the ID of the pipe, eliminating the need for the operator to compensate for the bevel offset.

The CNC16MS rotary bender uses multiple-stack tooling with 0.625-in. capacity. The new motion control software can import data in various forms, connecting to a network, displaying the part in 3-D, and showing bending simulation of the programmed part to identify interference points. The Windows® embedded-based software allows every machine action to be programmed in the desired sequence and with the desired time settings.

The T50D is a double-head compression bender with up to 2-in. capacity. Rapid bending cycles produce up to six bends per 15-second cycles in smaller diameters. Up to 180-degree bends are possible with different degree settings per bending head as desired.
