PIPE PREHEATING COILS

Hot Coils from Baiekur Coils Ltd. offer a
method for preheating pipe before welding.
The compact, ceramic heating coils are
installed at the joint to be welded. The rapid
heating element can bring the pipe to a uniform 550 degrees F in minutes. The coils’
adjustable thermostat holds whatever
temperature is set to within ± 2. 5 degrees F.
The coils can be plugged into any 110/120-
V, 15-amp power outlet. They are designed
to handle a variety of applications and fit
standard 4-, 6-, 8-, 10-, and 12-in. pipe.
